I Am A Breakfast Type of Man
MmmmmmHmmmm! I can honestly scream at the top of my lungs about how much I love frittatas. First, I am absolutely in love with eggs so anything that has eggs in it I’m 9/10 going to enjoy cooking and eating. Let’s get one thing straight, frittatas are 100% not the same as an omelet. Most people get totally confused thinking that it’s the same when it’s not! Luckily because of the good Samaritan and Chef that I am I will let you know how it’s done. Get your notebooks and pens ready ladies and gentlemen because this will be truly a learning lesson.
The Coolest Set of Pans In The Kitchen
If you’re all about creating the perfect frittata you need to invest in an interlocking frittata pan. A few brands make some good ones but I am using a Fritatta Pan By Calphalon. A frittata with one pan has to be done in the oven while a frittata pan gets rid of using an oven and it can be done completely on the stove. Ive heard from a handful of my most closet friends that making frittatas are extremely difficult. Well this kitchen item makes it a whole lot easier for sure. No excuses now guys!
Frittatas are cooked traditionally in a cast iron pan or oven-safe skillet because they are started on the stove top and then finished in the oven. And, unlike omelets, frittata fillings are mixed in with the eggs in the pan rather than folded in the center. … Large frittatas are cut in slices and served. This dish is best served for breakfast and sometimes brunch or if you’re just like me this is a dish served and eaten all day every day because anything breakfast is my favorite. Just make sure that you’re ingredients are your favorites.
Ingredients to a frittata is of great importance. I’m a huge fan of red onion, garlic, bell peppers, any type of cheese, and of course a protein. Today my Put It In Yo Mouth Team wanted bacon as the main ingredient.
The Perfect Frittata Bite
Like all dishes the best part after cooking is enjoying every bite. So, eat up, grab a tall glass of mimosa, and enjoy your Sunday breakfast like how my entire staff is enjoying there’s right now.
