Billions and Billions of Asians Can’t Be Wrong…
Who in the world doesn’t enjoy Asian Stir-Fry? I mean haven’t we all grown up eating out a few times a month, maybe a week, shoot every 3 days for me. I never could get enough of White Rice and an Asian Flavor Stir-Fry. So, because of my passion for food and the fact that I have this amazing Blog I can relive this meal through words and my culinary skills! There are tons of combinations of Stir-Fries I could have done and I’m sure this one won’t be the last but this one most certainly is one of my most favorites!
Stir-Fry Is So Easy, Anyone Can Do It!!!
This was one of those meals that I came home aggressively hungry and wanted to throw something together. Yea, Yea, Yea I know! How can you just throw ingredients around and make such an amazing meal? Well, let me tell you! You can do it to! Anyone can do it! Check out the Sesame Stir Fry Seasoning packet in the ingredient pic. Cheating, I know, but when you find such a great product as McCormick you’ll understand why it’s a one stop shop for flavor. Next, you’ll have to get some veggies you absolutely love, chose a protein you can’t do without, and your option of brown rice, white rice, or quinoa. Once you get all of that then you can get to cooking!
Any Veggies Will Do!!!
If one thing is for sure I love sautéing an assortment of veggies. One of my favorites is bell peppers! Here’s some information I am positive you didn’t know. Bell Peppers are technically a fruit! Yes, I said it! A fruit! It’s just that within the culinary world we have defined bell peppers as veggies! In the comments I would love to read up on #WhatsYourFavoriteVegetable!

Well ladies and gentlemen here’s the infamous PUT IT IN YA MOUTH shot! I just made myself hungry all over again, so I am going to get started on creating more content. I think I just might cook up another Stir Fry. Beef or Shrimp? Let’s see what’s in my fridge. Until next time! And remember…

PUT IT IN YA MOUTH!!
Asian Sesame Chicken Stir Fry
- 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast cut into bite-sized pieces
- 4 cups assorted vegetables cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1 package Sesame Chicken Stir Fry McCormick Pan Sauce
Heat pan medium to high heat and wait 2-4 mins before adding olive oil
Add chicken to heated skillet and stir fry 5 minutes.
Add garlic & vegetables to the skillet
Stir fry to cook vegetables until tender and chicken is cooked through
Stir in sauce. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for one minute until heated through
Serve this amazing dish with cooked white rice, brown rice, or quinoa if desired
Garnish with fresh green onions and sesame seeds
